I sent my return in and have been waiting longer than I expected for the refund to come through. I understand these things can take some time, but the delay has been a bit frustrating. Overall, it just left me feeling disappointed and unsure about ordering again

I ordered from aoaue.com last week the shipping moved faster than I had in my head. I got the tracking email the next day, which immediately made me feel better because I tend to use tracking updates as my little mental shortcut for “okay, this is actually happening.”

The package showed up in about 5 days, so it was earlier than I expected. The box had a small dent in it, but the item inside was totally fine, and my brain basically filed that under “not worth worrying about.”

I’m giving it 4 stars because it wasn’t some same-day miracle, but it was smooth, easy, and faster than I assumed. Overall, happy with it and I’d order again.
